The famous Ben & Florentine home fries have become our signature. Perfectly seasoned, our diced potatoes are an excellent complement to our dishes. The attention that we give to their preparation reflects well on the engagement that Ben & Florentine has

Getting their unique taste from the rich red soils of Prince
Edouard Island, our home fries came from well known varieties of potatoes such as the Russett Burbank and the Sheapody. With their crispy exterior and their soft chewy interior are perfectly cooked just like an oven baked potato.
